This is the first time that I (John) have paddled alone.  I put in at Germantown and paddled north.

After passing under the Rip Van Winkle Bridge I headed south towards Catskill.  I decided to get out at Dutchman's Landing Park for a break and a walk.  I found out there is a small concession stand at the park.  I bought a cheeseburger and fries (too greasy) and sat by the water ate lunch.

I headed south and went part way up the Ramshorn Creek.  Crossed the Hudson River and headed back to Germantown.
